Once you have made initial contact with the Wedding
Coordinator and a meeting has been set up to discuss your
wedding plans, a reservation form with a deposit is required
to reserve the church.
Fees vary, depending on services needed.
50% down payment (nonrefundable) plus security deposit due with reservation form.
Date and time will be penciled in when you meet initially with coordinator to put a tentative hold on the date.
Once 50% deposit and reservation form is received, date and time will be confirmed on the calendar.
The remaining 50% is due at rehearsal. Individual fees for all services will be discussed with your coordinator.
Bride and groom may pay fees earlier or make monthly payments if desired.
